Getting More Frustrated!!!! (>.<)

I am getting conflicting information and am beginging to believe that the CSM's dont event communicate with each other about details. Yesterday, I had a customer who bought a dvd that was in a security case, so i did the double 248 action codes like I was told to do by one CSM then another showed up and told me i needed to do three 248 action codes. I did the 203 action code for change that wsa running out, after thrity minutes of waiting i was out after an hour they wier sending me on my lunch break and I still had no change. Then I needed i had a double price check that needed to be done, one on a pair of shoes and the other one a Golds Gyms work out system. They had me call apperal wich was not a problem. But on the work out system. they had some one run back check it got a double confirmation then  promptly disappeared so that I couldn't get the sale wrung up porperly. Of course on all this I get to take the blame for all the screw ups. It's difficult to work in a company that has a zero trust of employee's policy.

The only other thing that happened was I went a little over on my break, I wil admit I have no clue when the breaks are really suppose to begin. If its from the time youget relieved from your till, or from the minuted you finish you take backs. if it's from the minuted you finish your take backs then I me going over was not my fault. I wsa trying tofind out wher a security case went (they usually keep them after they unlock them) and trying to ask the CSM of all people  and she just ignored me. But when I get back she chewed me out for being gone to long and looked at me like explain your self, it does take a little time to walk from the back to the front but I also had to go to the rest room but the back rest room was closed. I mean what the hell does she want ok I went a little over, just say ok please don't do that again but dont expect a long explination as to why I was gone so long. I fell that was something thta was handled worng.

To tell thay truth I don't know If I will last the rest of the year out at Walmart, but maybe if i can lay some ground work on ther stuff, even if things dont go well there I can have a back up....

To Whom It May Concern:

I’m not feeling well today, I feel extremely light headed not to mention that the day has not started off as a good one at the most. Grandma seems to think that I am having something reminiscent of an anxiety attack. Maybe I am but there are several things that can be contributing to it.

The first being grandma herself. She has be constantly nagging and ridding my ass about everything from paying debt collectors to college. But let me take this one subject at a time.

Let’s start with bill collecting. I have so far successful managed to make payment arrangements with two debt collectors. They where really compliant when I explained that I can’t managed huge payments and that I had been unemployed for eight months. The higher one dropped down 1200 to 500 with monthly payments of 125. The other is giving me 8 months at 109. I have arranged to pay them after two of my pay days have passed and I can save a little out of each check. But she continues to nag me about paying on collectors that I have no arraignments with. Which is actually counter productive because my payments with not resolve anything in the long run and go unnoticed under all the interest that the debt is gathering. It better to wait and talk to the debt collector then to rush into anything, I wish she would see that I am really thinking things through before I act.

With the rest of the money I have to mange how to get all the things we need and hopefully have a little left over for me and emergencies. Last payday I took care of lot of our needs but just didn’t have enough to take care of them. She then promptly ridiculed me for what I spent. Claiming that “that I deliberately over spent my money” which is completely untrue, I did try to hold onto money but it was kind of hard considering we have been going without for so long. It is really nice to have honest to go real food in our freezer and not the shit Nigee and Sierra brought us.

She has also been trying to encourage me to study computer programming. I however am not the least bit interested in computer programming. I all seem too technical to me. I am not going to relent and listen to her suggestions about my major this time; the last time I did I felt unsatisfied with my choices. I have elected to go back to my original choice and study English (the literature kind) in my hopes to write. I will also be taking a few art classes to sharpen my talents, and plan to make art my minor. I will be working closely with my counselor and get a list if the classes I need to take.

Its kind odd it would seem that instead of directing me to go in every other field, grandma would instead be supportive of my hopes and dreams. Wouldn’t be it be better for me to be happy then just settling for what I can get.

Another source is my job at Wal-Mart. I have several complaints about it already. One being the lack of available Customer Service Managers (CSM’s) the last time I worked I had to wait  30 minutes before they came in that time I had two very angry customers and a rapidly depleting change drawer. Even though I did every thing right (called for the CSM right away to unlock a customers security device and asked for change promptly when I notice it was starting to run out) I am the one the customer gets angry with.

Part of the reason I get blamed for these things is because of the damn action codes we have. An action code is a set of numbers we type into the keyboard to notify the CSM we need something. 203 is for change when we run out. 248 is for training questions. 216 is for carry out. 24 8 is the most annoying out of all of these because not only do we use it when we need one of our own questions answered but also when we need to unlock a security device such as blu- ray ‘game cases and spiders unlocked for the paying customer. The worst part is most CSM’s see the code and ignore them. On the last occasion I had to leave my till because the CSM was ignoring the code and I needed their assistance with a Security case. A lot of customers accuse me of being belligerent and neglectful when a CSM ignores one of these codes. Of course sometimes on the change it’s because they haven’t reached my request right away.

I am also developing problems with the schedule. This week I had to work until midnight then turn around and work at 5 am. This is not only exhausting but also extremely unhealthy I missed my 5 am because for some strange reason I missed the 5 am because for some reason I managed to get that shift and my day off backwards. I do know it was not intentional, if I was going to deliberately miss a day it would be Sunday so I wouldn’t miss another episode of “Leverage”. But I don’t know how I got so mixed up. I don’t get screwed up like this normally. None the less I need to talk to personnel and get my hours wrangled in. especially considering I will be returning to school here vary soon.

Even though Wal-Mart is far better then Artic Circle, I still wish I was working for a union. I think I would be able to relax a bit more then and have a little bit more security. I keep getting nervous and wondering if each day I go into work will be my last or if I will have be in this position for a while.

No matter what I have just a little too much stress right now. And really need some relief.

Update!!

Just thought I would update you wiht the events surrounding my life right now.

My house is hotr as hell, grandma ordered a brand new air conditioner but it has not arrived yet.

Job is still here. And soon I will update with three funny stories that I have so far.

And I am hopefully still preping for college!!!

 

Well Here I Am...

So tomorrow is my second payday, and I have almost spent a whole month at Walmart. This is propbably where most people would relax, ans so I gonna chill this job is in the bag. But I'm not convinced it totally is. I just hope I stay at thsi job long enough to lay some ground work. If i can then. I can relax a little but every day I go in im not sur if that day will be my last. (?_?) I found one major complaint about working at Walmart, for one everytime i request assitance from my supervisers they eigther take forever to get there or choose not to shop up at all. I would undersand if they are hugley busy. But when i turn around and see them they tend to be juts standing there.(<.<)

On a plus side I am half way there to getting into college again!!! I have my orientation on August 25. (^.^)

Home life is getting sucky, and redundent. I am currently a man hater be cuase i think that there is a possibility that Mel Gibson actually may have done what he is being accussed of and that he may be sick being the reason. I asked Aunt Kelly to feed Mark earlier while was doing some thing else and cooking dinner. She didn't until grandma made her. Then when when she took him out while i was gone he did nothing until he got back in the pin. If it wsa in between the game shows she may have heard the Jeopardy theme and rushed him back in befor he had a chance to do anything. But now im negligent becuase she has a sever attitude problem. It may have been my day off but everytime i asked her to do soemthing like clean the back porch some more she said not right now. I asked her to take care of the of the clean soemthing earlier and she didn't. Now she is trying to sct high and mighty. Well thats bull shit. I wanna scream right now!!!! :( 

So Today...

Today is my first payday at Walmart. I opted for direct deposit instead of having one of the Walmart money cards, I so do not need to have two cards to worry about right now... I also have to contact the idiots at Newport news and make payment arrangements. My first check wont be much but I will see if they will exccept payments beginging after my next payday.

By the way i refer to NPN as idiots because of all the shit they have been pulling in my for the past couple of months. For some reason I'm suppose to have oodles of money stashed away even though I am unemployed. They don't get it when I tell them that the phone number i use dosen't belong to me, and that I don't have my own place. As far as food, apparently they have never heard of a food bank, and they have asked me to ask a church for money to pay my credit card bill.

Life At 30.....

So heres the dilly-o, I use to dread the day I turned 30 when I was about to turn 20 (-_-;). I always figured my life would probably be over or something. But now I have learned that things arn't so bad d(-_-)b. As a matter of fact I have learned a few valuable things along the way and pretty much finally began to understand more of who I am (^_^). Although I have made a number of mistakes along the way (who hasn't) and sacrificed my dreams and ambitions several times (techincally for nine wasted years at the A.C. (-.-)). But there are five truths that I have learned are undeniable.

1. Shit will happen that you can't control or even avoid no matter how hard you try. Hitting bottom is inevitable; but you have the choice to sit that cry licking you wounds, or you can get up, learn and climb out the pit you fell into. (-.-*)

2. You can do anything, you just have to make up your mind to go for it. (^.^) Always put up a good fight.

3. To hell with people who put you down, if their gonna judge without knowing all the facts. Then Screw them (-_-t)

4. No matter what people tell you go with you first instints, their usaully the right ones. (>.>)

5. Laugh (^o^), Love ♥, Dance <(^.^<) <(^.^)> (>^.^)>, Sing Out Loud ♪\(^O^)/ ♪when ever you get the chance it will make you feel good.

So tuning 30 is not so bad. now know more of who I am and have decided to take charge of this life for better or worse. I dont think I could have asked for anything better.

I am making a total of three lists, now that I have a job. The first and primary list is things I need to gte of do such as:

1 Pay my college application fee.

2. Buy a Pay-As-You-Go Cell Phone.

Those will come out of my first paycheck.

3. Start a College back up fund.

Will be on going funds.

The Second will be entirely devoted to Bashful Fae Media such as:

3. Computer (definteley need an upgrade)

7. Shipping Supplies

Ect ect ect and so forth.

The This will be things I simply want. Becuase its just things I want and dont need I will get then When I have a little extra money, or whe n I have enough extra saved and can afford it for bigger tiket items such as.
